JBMP Group

JBMP began as a small leasing company that made great strides in the neighborhoods around Temple University. In their localized area, they honed their skills while gaining valuable relationships and on-the-ground knowledge. As investors brought JBMP in to manage the leasing of their properties, JBMP began to realize that their expertise and connections would be assets in the investment process too; they now had enough experience to advance their company further and broaden into development. Our job at Paragraph was to position the company in a way that conveyed JBMP as a more comprehensive real estate brokerage.

We believed that their humble beginnings in leasing gave them a strong advantage. Buying, selling, renting, or leasing a property can be a daunting experience, but working with a team like JBMP that values person-to-person relationships and maximizing investments has the potential to ease that worry. They don’t just care about the transaction but the small details that follow. We articulated their value in the marketplace by using messaging that illustrates their focus on responsible agents, their on-the-ground knowledge, and the seamless and transparent experience of it all. JBMP has shown remarkable growth and will only get bigger from here; not only did we provide them with marketing materials to communicate their current offerings to prospective clients and partners, but we set them up with the tools to build their brand into the future.

Our strategy and positioning allowed them to structure their brand more coherently. By looking at JBMP from an audience perspective, we understood how to distinguish the services that the brand offered and create messaging that articulated the benefits for each audience group. We renamed the brand “JBMP Group” and divided it into two branches—JBMP Lifestyle and JBMP Investments—in order to better communicate their residential and commercial services.

Our brand strategy informed how we designed and developed content for JBMP’s website design so that their various audience groups can easily find the information they seek.
